At Sani Co Solutions we have a highly effective process and approach to remove all dust, trash associated with construction/renovation and ensure that the property is ready to move into and enjoy. This process includes: high dusting, cabinetry inside/outside, millwork, appliances inside/outside, interior windows (including sills/frames/seals/mechanisms/sliding doors w/tracks/skylights), exterior windows, power washing walkways, siding, stucco, cladding, ACM panels, scrubbing and squeegee garage floors, handwash baseboards, vacuum all flooring, floor protection removal and disposal in the bin if one is onsite if not we can arrange to have one brought to the site, grout removal from tile and slab surfaces/walls, polishing of all stainless steel, all stairs cleaned incl glass panels, railings, pickets, cantilever supports, 3x mopping of hard floors, mechanical room deep cleaning incl sump pump pit/covering. We run HEPA filters during our visit to leave an optimal environment, this is essential for those sensitive to dust or having allergies.

Jobsite clean-up services (residential/commercial)

At Sani Co Solutions we believe that a clean and organized jobsite is a productive and safe jobsite. Our team will come to your site with the appropriate PPE and ensure the health and safety of the site is shown to be a priority by the investor/homeowner/builder/general contractor. We can bring a disposal bin and have it removed the same day or next day to discard any cutoff(s) trash and discarded building materials from interior/exterior. We will organize building materials into neat piles out of the way of stairs and walkways to ensure your jobsite is free of tripping hazards, sweep and vacuum interior to ensure dust is at a minimum (great to schedule for each stage of construction especially during caulking/painting stages). Our site-clean up service gives the trades a clean space to continue to do their best work.

Yes, we bring all the equipment, products needed to complete the job including ladders, power washers, long poles, products. We make this easy for our clients, all you have to do is call us!

Do you recommend duct and vent cleaning?

Yes, we recommend having the ducts/vents/HVAC system cleaned in the days leading up to our visit. This minimizes any dust recirculating in the HVAC system then landing on surfaces after we have completed our work. Our team always lifts vent registers to vacuum any debris that is accessible but professional duct cleaners can access the hard-to-reach areas. We have a trusted partner that we can recommend and refer to if you need a trusted professional duct cleaner.

Does your team have experience with large buildings?

Yes, when our team comes to visit the site we will then determine what and if any specialty equipment is needed to do the job. In some cases we bring in scissor and boom lifts and ride on sweeper/scrubbers to access all areas of the building to the highest level.

What types of PPE does your team use?

Our team comes to the site ready with safety boots, Tyvek suits, N95 masks, respirators, hard hats, eye protection, gloves, full-body harnesses for elevated work.
